PARTNERS
With 25 years of experience, Marc has held senior managerial positions in the oil & gas and automotive industries. He has worked for multinational companies as well as family conglomerates across South America, the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia. Throughout his career, Marc has faced the constant challenge of building the best and most suitable teams that align with the company’s values, competence model, and vision.
As a manager, he has encountered various challenges in different operations, including identifying hidden experts, recruiting the right leaders, nurturing and developing the talents within his teams, and aligning their skills with their personal motivations.
He also emphasizes the importance of building diverse and high-performing teams by effectively combining different profiles. His vision of leadership is now infused into OKAN’s approach.
Before the foundation of OKAN, Anne was previously the director of the Talent Management practice at a consulting firm. In this role, she supported the implementation of leadership assessment and development initiatives through international projects.
Her technical expertise has also led her to teach in the Psychology Master II at Paris 8 university, as well as to regularly advance the practice of Talent Management through original approaches. During her career, Anne has been involved in the selection, evaluation and development of leaders confronted to multiple challenges.
Her advisory vision has always been driven towards delivering solutions that speak to individuals and benefit to the business. She has found in OKAN the ideal frame to continue to deliver robust, innovative and qualitative outputs to companies.
